I create a file called “techhelp” where I copy and paste all of my tech questions and answers in one location. If you ever get that feeling that the problem is in your computer, or the computer is simply not giving you enough help, your next best step is to create a file called techhelp in a folder called “problem”. This will give you access to the entire techhelp site on the Microsoft site. And I have a really good solution for that. I create a shortcut via the Start menu called “techhelp” and click it.
If you are in Windows 8, you can use the File Explorer app instead of the Start menu. That’s because the start menu is now the File Manager, so the icon you see in the start bar is a shortcut to a folder.
